REQUIREMENT

Support the new leadership team in their first groupwide management conference by presenting the state of the global IPMI market, the client’s relative position and its ‘rights to win’ via workshops.

CHALLENGE

The new senior management team requested that MGG present the keynote morning session of the 3-day conference. The audience was the 40+ global management team with very diverse backgrounds and levels of market experience.

SOLUTION

Our team conducted comprehensive interviews with 13 business and regional leaders, plus key managers, to gauge internal views of the enterprise, supplemented by 25 external interviews with intermediaries and competitors across the world. This input, combined with MGG's proprietary data, was analysed to craft a detailed SWOT analysis from both internal and external perspectives, within the context of the global IPMI market to highlight potential opportunities. Leveraging this information, we led four workshops to explore the firm's current identity, future potential, necessary executional strategies for success, and innovations required for a competitive edge.
