REQUIREMENT
To identify the latest innovation in health services in cross border health insurance and in local health services
CHALLENGE
This large PMI and care provision mutual has the opportunity to become THE market leader in health services. The services director wanted a roadmap of future services for 2 parts of the business. So the challenge was to research and benchmark a) the full range of services offered by competitors to international PMI customers and b) the latest services available from start-ups or other care providers within the area of the client's domestic services. With this in mind, then to suggest the top innovation which to invest.
SOLUTION
MGG compared 10 International and 5 domestic PMI competitors to assess the best innovation for our client; Similarly, it reviewed innovations from 100 players across 12 categories of services and selected the best for the client. A 75 page report highlighted this and demo's the innovation.
