REQUIREMENT

Assisting the client to enter the IPMI broking or MGA market by making multiple acquisitions.

CHALLENGE

To find appropriately sized targets in France and neighbouring countries - IPMI brokers and MGAs to support the client’s new-build IPMI function and provide distribution for its new products.

SOLUTION

Intensive research in the in-scope countries using multiple international and local data sources, subject-matter expert input and interviews with potential targets. This data was cross-referenced with the client to build a ranked shortlist of available targets, with a contact schedule, tailored to target availability.

THE OUTCOME
