CHALLENGE
Having created a basic technology concept, the client was easily able to generate interest in it within both the local medical profession and the health authorities in Scandinavia. But they needed help to further develop the technological prototype to a ‘proof of concept’ version, and a commercial plan along with a financial model which would interest early and late-stage investors.
SOLUTION
MGG created a detailed business case supported by the following: potential buyer survey, value addition analysis of hard and soft benefits, wide competition review including patents, UX study, paper prototype, software/app framework development and initial assessment of the costs of technology implementation, and finally, a summarised Investment Presentation.

THE OUTCOME
Based on the strength of the MGG work, the client raised several million euros from the University investment fund for the development of the digital prototype.
