The French IPMI market is unique and extremely difficult for a non-French entrant. Our client was looking to update and expand its market knowledge to find a way in by better understanding the market drivers, growth opportunities and different strategies for market entry, considering the entire IPMI value chain, client segments and local market specificities.

SOLUTION

This required intensive, in-market expert-based research into the unique barriers and looking at historic lessons earned and long term opportunities which might exploit a gap and allow a non-French player a chance. 20 interviews were set up and executed over 1 week, as the time frame was 5 weeks.
